Vaccines Pneumo Business Expansion Specialist (Central South Area)
What You Will Do
General responsibilities and experiences include, however, not limited to, the following:
- To work with sales/marketing team to develop & deliver the territory tailored plan for new product channel business expansion.
- To run pilots within identified territory and specialty to explore and experiment the newly designed promotional campaigns.
- To be able to manage customer segment mix optimization via data-analytics in close collaboration with marketing.
- To effectively communication across the sales and marketing team, providing field insights and participate positively in sales / marketing team meetings.
- To achieve agreed sales or project KPIs within the identified territory/channel.
- To complete all work in accordance with our compliance standards.
What You Need to Have
Minimum Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4 years of experiences in sales or marketing related functions
- Strong customer engagement, problem-solving, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Experience in hospital listing.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast changing environment.
- Travel the amount of time the role required.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Marketing &/or project management experience
- Price /or contract negotiation experience in hospital channel.
- Proven history of strong performance in a commercial role
- Agile model working experience.
