We lead the supply agenda across many functions and work together with all business areas, different business units, to secure customer availability in all markets and sales channels at lowest total cost.And we are currently looking for an Accounting Intern working in Supply Area Southeast Asia, Accounting – BNFA.Job DescriptionScope of assignmentUnder our Accountant’s observation and support:
- Follow company procedures to bookkeeping and process payments.
- Support Accounting team in preparing accounting books, arranging, filing, and archiving accounting documents.
- Study and involve in preparing some Accounting and tax reports following guidance from the supervisor.
- Support Accounting team in working with auditors and tax consultants, preparing data and documents for statutory audit, tax review and/or tax inspection (if any).
- Assist in implementation of actions for internal audits and company’s projects/ assignments if any.
- Other ad-hoc assignments required by the supervisor
Key deliverables
- Process daily accounting works smoothly.
- Support accounting team to complete Indirect Procurement project; and
- Give intern the opportunity to gain real work experience
QualificationsKey requirements. We are looking for the people with:
- Good communication in English and proactive attitude.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
- Good knowledge of finance, accounting, or related fields; and
- Interested in Accounting – Tax – Legal and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Last year student with Internship Recommendation letter from University.

- Expected Internship Period: Jul – Dec 2024 (6 months)
- Details on time invested: full time, Mondays – Fridays
- Working Location: IKEA Services (Vietnam) Co., Ltd _ Thu Duc City, HCMC
