YOUR MISSION:
To develop supplier‘s expertise to produce quality products within short lead times and low cost.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Industrialization:
– Ensure industrialization of new products from sample to mass production.
– Optimize the first production to ensure the quality and the technicity of the mass production.
– Follow up and support the factory to improve production efficiency.
– Continuous improvement: Improve and optimize the production processes.
2. Quality Management:
– Manage the Quality of the Products in line and before shipment.
– Improve the Quality system of your suppliers.
– Coach and train the Quality Team of your suppliers.
– Ensure that Decathlon Compliance standards and local regulations are respected, in terms of quality, safety, environment, toxicology, and social compliance.
3. Digitalization

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Min 3 years experience in the footwear industry.
- Good in English / Vietnamese (Chinese is a big plus).
- Proactive and daring to try new things.
- Sport lover.
- Demanding and customer-oriented.
- Any experience in LEAN/Digitalization of Footwear is an advantage.
