Job description: Description LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES Job Title: Project Manager for Venture Capital (VC) Fund Pay Rate: $1500/ month Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 2 – 10 PM Manila Time Support Shepherd is a venture capital (VC) fund that specializes in providing funding and support to early-stage startups. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and help us in managing our portfolio of investments. About The Role: We are seeking a highly organized and professional Remote Project Manager to support our General Partners (GPs). This role requires exceptional coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate should be based in the Philippines, with a deep understanding of U.S. business practices and a passion for the gaming sector. The role would interface primarily with Europe, but liaise with the Managing Director in the United States as well. Requirements: Information Management: Assist in gathering and managing sensitive financial, personal, and tax information for our Director of Finance and business partners. Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with all relevant regulations. Cross-Team Initiative Management: Define, track, and drive cross-team initiatives from inception to completion. Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment with overall strategic goals. Meeting Coordination: Facilitate the scheduling and organization of meetings for GPs with external parties and internal team members. Ensure smooth communication and efficient time management. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to GPs, including document preparation, report generation, and other tasks as required. Event Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, organization, and execution of conferences, summits, and other events. This includes venue selection, vendor management, itinerary planning, and on-site coordination. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in venture capital or finance Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Google Workplace, Microsoft Office and other productivity tools. Knowledge of U.S. business practices and sensitivity to cultural differences. Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Passionate about the gaming industry. (highly preferred!)
