Job Title: Specialist_Order Processing (for IAT)
Division: Supporting (Logistics)
Report to: Team Leader_Logistics
Location: Pangyo
PURPOSE OF THIS JOB
1. Order processing specialist is a business administrator in charge of processing customer orders by recording and processing through SAP and making sure the customer orders are fulfilled.
2. Order processing specialist is responsible for communicating with salesmen, customers and suppliers (product companies) regarding the production and delivery schedule and status.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
1. Order processing and Delivery management.
- Record the sales orders in SAP or make sure that orders are transmitted from C4C / Shop online to SAP correctly.
- Place the purchase order to a Product Company or External suppliers.
- Select the most efficient supply chain flow and increase DTC as much as possible.
- Prepare periodic delivery status reports and has regular meetings with stakeholders.
- Monitor and find a solution for orders expecting late delivery and respond to customers’ inquiries.
- Communicate with customers and dealers when stocks and parts are dispatched.
- Prepare documentation such as MSDS, PO sheet and Trading statement etc.
- Proceed return order for damaged and wrong delivered parts, report, and claim. (Collect picture, RMA Print out and send to warehouse, create new sales order or FOC order for replacement)
- Prepare for stock status report in a regular basis.
2. Master data management (Material master steward)
- Create a new item master with the request of each division in accordance with the material master process and policy.
- Maintain quality of the master data; evaluate and identify any issues, and coordinate and implement corrections regularly.
- Optimize workflows and communications for item master maintenance processes.
- Ensure compliance and security of the data.
3. Sales order-related administrations
- Process to acquire bonds (Advance payment, performance, and warranty)
- Relevant legal documentation for the orders.
- Support of the other departments/functions (sales, engineering, finance) regarding order processing issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Order processing, Logistics or SCM.
2. Knowledge/Skill
- Strong interpersonal skills and facilitation skills to effectively interact with all stakeholders.
- Meticulous, responsible, and positive working attitude.
- Communication by English is required e.g. email or virtual meeting.

- PROVIDE ACCURATE AND PROMPT SUPPORT TO INTERNAL/EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS ON TIME
