Job description: Manager – Business Development
Recro is looking to hire an experienced B2B business development manager to drive company revenue by establishing new accounts while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

About The Role:
– Build a solid book of business – create lead lists, reach out to prospective clients, and convert them into customers
– Take charge of existing client relationships
– Ideate & execute strategies to grow the client network
– Spend more time in client offices and with clients rather than at home or Recro’s office
– Negotiate contracts with key clients and ensure each client’s goals are met
– Address and resolve clients’ concerns or grievances at the earliest
– Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal delivery teams
– Communicate and collaborate with the demand generation, resource management, and finance teams to ensure Recro meets its revenue goals
– Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts
– Develop a thorough understanding of client’s needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions
Requirements:
– 3-5 years of work experience in BD/ consultative sales
– Ability to identify new business opportunities with a drive to convert them
– Track record in establishing & maintaining client relationships
– Working knowledge of CRM systems
– Strong technical orientation, keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies
– High standards of excellence and attention to detail
– Excellent written & verbal communication skills
– Data-driven and oriented towards achieving targets continuously
– Self-starter with the ability to effectively work autonomously with little oversight
– Loves to build rapport and ability to handle multiple clients
– Open for flexible work timings as per the target geographies
