Job description: Job summaryA well-respected foreign financial institution located in center Hanoi.Job ResponsibilitiesAs the Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the following:· Client services:o Timely renew insurance policies, strictly following Renewal Guideline of the Divisiono Follow up client’s growth & requirementso Design insurance program matching with client’s requiremento Negotiate terms & conditions with clientso Keep & develop the relationship with clientso Conduct Insurance seminars for both current and potential clients (explain the cover of insurance policy and claim procedure)o Arrange risk surveyso Provide consulting services to clientso Explore new clients· Business Administration:o Assist supervisors to handle client serviceso Prepare and submit the Quotations to clients as per Company’s Guidelineso Check the policies issued by Business Processingo Plan client meeting scheduleso Premium Collectiono Guide & support marketing back staff· Co-ordination with other Divisions:o Cooperate with Claim staff for claim matters of assigned clientso Cooperate with Underwriting (UW) division for daily works as well as arising matters related to UW process, survey schedule, fac. reinsurance arrangemento Cooperate with Reinsurance and Business Processing Division for policy issuanceo Cooperate with IT for report & supporting toolo Cooperate with Accounting Section for Premium collectiono Cooperate with Legal and Compliance Division for compliance issues· Reports:o Timely prepare periodic reports as required by the ManagerExperience requirementsv Experience· From 3 years of relevant experience.v Skills· Strong marketing sense.· Understand working procedure & flow chart.· Know insurance products· Be highly aware of requirement to be professional to provide high quality service to clients.· Presentation & negotiation skillsEducation requirementsv Qualifications· University Graduation.· English & Japanese fluency.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please send your most updated resume to vananh.nguyen@adecco.com.
