DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). The impact you will have in this role : Being a member of the Global Solutions Delivery team, the Integration Consultant role works directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the project life cycle and coordinate the implementation of ITP solutions. Expectations include an ability to build rapport and develop relationships with internal and external partners, manage client expectations, use strong project management skills to manage activities/resources, and ensure targeted completion dates are achieved. Your Primary Responsibilities : Partner with clients to define and document project deliverables through requirements discussions and workflow analysis. Manage Client projects while partnering with internal resources to ensure all deliverables are met with timely and successful results. Manage a number of internal relationships – Sales, RM, Client Services Group, Compliance, Legal, Product Management, Finance, Training Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously and serve as the business analyst/project manager for all. Develop and document project details, as needed, using standard templates (e.g. Project Plan, Business Requirements Document, Issues Log, Conformance Tests, Project Status Reports) Lead regular project status meetings with clients and internal resources, including project status updates to senior management, to drive project success. Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully hand over to production support teams. Make recommendations to Product Management for enhancements to products identified during client engagements. Partner with clients to define and document project deliverables through requirements discussions and workflow analysis. **NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. ** Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience Demonstrated project management and application integration skills required, PMP certified desirable. Minimum of 4 years of related experience preferably in the Financial Services industry with understanding of the Institutional Trade Flow and Trade Processing business e.g. STP and current securities industry initiatives Experience with similar business/application messaging systems and protocols highly desirable Must have extensive client facing experience with proven ability to effectively manage client expectations and concerns Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate information/issues clearly and succinctly to technical/non-technical colleagues and clients. Demonstrated problem-solving capability and analytical skills Experience with similar business/application messaging systems and protocols (e.g. FIX, SWIFT) highly desirable Proficient in English and any third language such as Mandarin, Korean, Japanese (Verbal and Written) To get a head start in the application process , we have prepared a recorded interview thru HireVue wherein we have prepared a set of questions which you could answer at your own pace (Estimated Interview Length:15 mins).
