Reporting to the Manager Equitable Learning & Accessibility, the IDEA Advisor will work collaboratively across the university to embed best practices and drive cultural change to advance RMIT’s commitment to IDEA among all university stakeholders. This is a specialist position with subject matter expertise on inclusion, diversity, equity, and access.KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- Relevant undergraduate qualifications in social sciences, social work, public health, psychology, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
- Experience in IDEA roles, including strategy development, program implementation, training facilitation and data analysis for students and staff.
- Passionate about advancing student IDEA and making a positive impact on organizational culture.
