Job description: About Our Client
Our client is one of the top private equity firms in Asia with strong notable portfolio companies under their belt, with over $70 billion AUM. The firm has been looking at expanding their South East Asia presence and have been strategically hiring a few key senior leaders in the Singapore office to join their business in the last 2 years. With their expansion plans, they are looking at 2 potential HR Business Partners to support various portfolio companies. It is part of their Early Talent Program to rotate them across multiple portfolios across South East Asia.
Job Description
As part of the Early Talent Program, you will be rotated across different portfolio companies under the firm for the next 5 years, providing end-to-end HR support to the senior leaders of the company. You will work closely with the senior leaders to identify specific people gaps and develop the right strategy to ensure that they are able to grow and scale. Most of the firms are still at a start-up phase that would require you to be hands-on in their day-to-day HR operational needs as well.
The Successful Applicant
- You will need to have at least 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Resourceful and proactive
- Willingness to learn
- Open to travel across South East Asia and to be based overseas for at least 1 year
