A sizable international law firm is looking for a Finance Manager to join their HK finance team. They are a reputable law firm with a strong international presence with over the globe.
Job responsiblities:
- Report to the Head of Finance and lead a team of three
- Maintain books for the Hong Kong office, ensuring compliance with Solicitor’s Accounts Rules
- Supervise billing processes and assist with generating general journals in the accounting system
- Monitor cashflow, accounts payable, and bank balances
- Prepare regular reports and financial analyses for partners and the Head of Finance
- Assist with partnership tax returns, payroll, and reporting to regulatory bodies
- Contribute to ongoing projects to improve accounting and reporting systems
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Handle annual audits, tax returns, and bank relations
- Report financial performance, assist with financial planning, and prepare performance reports for Hong Kong Partners.
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably major in accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of accounting work experiencein sizable corporations
- CPA qualifcation is a must
- At least 2 years of supervisory experiences
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, organized, and ability to work under pressure
Job Offer:
