Job description: Responsibilities
· Handle and process accounts payable, accounts receivable,general ledgers, stock update
· Prepare fixed assets schedules and bankreconciliation
· Preparation of GST return
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records offinancial transactions and documentation
· Attend to incoming mails and emails
· General office administration
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and otheraccounting software
· Responsible and meticulous with goodcommunication skills
· Able to work independently as well as in a teamenvironment
