Job description: Commercial Finance SM/AD level at a well-known big pharma.
- Responsible for commercial finance areas, covering but not limited to as below.
- Budgeting and long-term forecast, commercial P/L landing
- Commercial management reporting
- Commercial Finance policy and procedure
- Pricing (forecasting, analysis, governance, implementation)
- Cost Center and activity management
- Budget allocation and tracking
- Sales team reporting and analysis.
- Financial training and operational support
- Be a commercial finance partner to understand their daily biz needs, analyze, and assess financial impact and provide financial solutions, in order to ensure achievement of commercial target.
- Lead new project and finance initiatives.
4. Lead a small team
Well-known Big Pharma |Great Package & Career Advancement
- Finance/Accounting/Economics major preferred, but not a must
- A mature with 12+/- year experience, as well as people management experience, Pharma background is preferred. Healthcare background is a must, ideally worked for big MNC previously
- Highly analytical, adaptive, and practical in financial management with business acumen
- A quick learner and be able to work in VUCA and intend to take on new initiatives and challenges and acquire different experience and knowledge.
- Good people skills, not only in team management, but also for cross-function interaction, external interaction.
- Be willing to be an influencer to drive progress and results.
- High standards on ethics and compliance
8. Fluent speaker in English and Mandarin
