Job description: Job Description:Application Development:Receive development and improvement requests for products, processes, and features from business units. Analyze and advise business units on effective solutions for implementing the requests.Collaborate with the development team to design solutions for requests. Coordinate with the development team to create specifications for requirements, ensuring clear and feasible development requirements.Participate in coordination with business units to test development results, ensuring that the application meets the agreed-upon requirements with the business unit.Collaborate with the development team to create detailed plans for project deployment, assist in monitoring and updating project progress.Draft and issue user guides for technology products for end-users.Participate in direct training on products and technology features for IT support and business unit staff if necessary.Develop and improve document templates for analysis, testing, and application development processes.Participate in monitoring the testing process to ensure the system’s quality meets the specified requirements.User Support Responsibilities:Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for assigned requests.Other Responsibilities:Perform other tasks as required by management.Support project progress reporting and address issues for management levels.Job Requirements:Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Finance, Banking, or Foreign Trade.At least 3 years of experience in business analysis in Banks, Financial Organizations, IT Corporations, or a minimum of 2 years in implementing banking system solutions.General knowledge of banking and deep understanding of banking operations, processes, and operations. Proficiency in at least one of the following business process streams: GL design principles, lending and commercial financing-related business processes, operation of capital source products including forex, derivatives, interbank market products, card transaction operation processes, payment products on multiple channels such as CITAD, NAPAS, VCB, international money transfer processes, etc.Participated in building at least 02 customer journeys on the bank’s applications.Proficient in analyzing requirements, collaborating with the development team to design solutions, and building detailed specifications in a language suitable for programmers. Ensure that development requirements are clear and technologically feasible.Apply effective user requirement collection techniques, analyze requirements, data, and documents, highlight strengths/weaknesses of solutions, and advise on the optimal solution.Proficient in writing interpretation documents for complex requirements, directly involved in major projects.Proficient in using modeling tools (Visio, Visual Paradigm, etc.) to convey requirements into analysis models: BPM model, Activity diagram, Use case.Enthusiastic, passionate, and innovative, willing to change mindset, optimize the bank’s business process.
