JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee tax, accounting, compulsory insurance, trade union, and other relevant regulations to guarantee the company’s adherence.
- Prepare monthly reports following VAS or IFRS within 10 business days of the following month. Submit B/S, P/L and C/F Statement to the General Director.
- Manage short-term and long-term loan balances, process all administrative documentation related to payments, banking, and financing activities.
- Maintain a constantly updated cash flow status table for clear visibility into company finances.
- Supervise the accounting staff in overseeing and managing the company’s fixed assets.
- Lead the accounting staff in reconciling accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) balances to ensure accuracy.
- Plan and implement General Director-approved internal process policy improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Act as an active intermediary between the company, the accounting advisory firm, and other service vendors and suppliers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Certified Chief Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Proficient in accounting software (MISA experience a plus).
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to manage the accounting team and work effectively across departments.
- Bilingual communication with English fluency or strong proficiency.
- Ability to handle overtime as needed.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and quick learning skills.
