Details of the Division and Team:
Indonesia Finance is part of the Group CFO. The function is responsible to provide accurate and timely financial information, Management and Regulatory Reporting, compliance of local regulatory requirements, Business Performance review, tax administration and compliance, management of Local Accounts Payable process and advising local stakeholders on impact of changes in accounting and taxation.
The Financial Regulatory Reporting Specialist (AVP) is responsible to ensure day to day reporting to management and local regulator running timely and accurate and responsible to lead discussion to relevant stakeholder to solve any issues which may disturb reporting production. The role doubles as the Deputy Head of Finance, ensuring representation in governance bodies both internal (local EXCO, ALCO, and Opco) and external (regulator) during the absence of Head of Finance. The role is also expected to understand the entire activities of Indonesia Finance.
The successful candidate will be an experienced, independent, and self-motivated contributor to the Indonesia Finance team with exceptional leadership experience. This role is required at least 5 years’ experience in Indonesia Banking industry, local regulatory, consultant or big 4 accounting firms. As the person will lead various efforts on behalf of Indonesia Finance, the role demands excellent communications kills, keen attention to detail, strong numerically literacy, and the ability to build relationships and manage a wide variety of stakeholders, including COO, Business Heads, Compliance Head, Operations Heads, Treasury, APAC stakeholder and local regulators.

Your key responsibilities:
Perform regular reporting to Regulator on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Perform yearly business plan and monitor the business realization on quarterly basis
Handle yearly audit financial statement upon audited by external Auditor
Provide support on Bank Annual report
Prepare NSFR, LCR, CAR calculator, LFR, FEAB, NIOF, COB and all others regulatory limit reports
Regularly perform analysis on financial statement both Balance Sheet and Profit & Losses
Provide ratio monitoring for Bank’s core indicator performance and proactively inform management upon preliminary any breach to the limit as required by Regulator
Take an active role upon new and/or amendment on Regulation that may impact to Financials and Business activities
Risk & Control all reporting to be submitted timely, accurate and align with Regulation
Ensure reporting process is run smoothly and well coordination among other divisions
Review risk and control as well proactively raise any issue concerned and come up with strategic solution
Handle monthly closing on preparing journal, validation and posting into ledger
Perform validation and control reconciliation between Local Regulatory versus Head Office Financial Statement
Ensure all reporting are documented well with sufficient documentation
Highly involved in system production and well known on the system parameter from reports produced by system
Review, enhance the current reporting process for efficiency and control assessment
Involve in project management/new initiative as assigned
Provide back-up support to other team member as required
Any other tasks as directed by the Manager/supervisor
Your skills and experience:
University graduate with min 5 years experience in Local Regulatory Reporting/Accounting firm
Strong knowledge on Regulation issued by Regulator
Strong knowledge in Accounting, Taxes and processes
Having skepticism alert
High awareness on risk and control
Team player and leadership skills
Self motivator and innovative
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Advance in MS office
Fluent in Bahasa and English
