Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling client funds instruction including money deposit, withdrawal, internal transfer, reissue statement and FX, etc;
- Prepare Bank and transactional reconciliation;
- Regular update internal procedures for management review;
- Follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures to ensure proper Internal Controls and compliance with all internal policies and external laws, rules & regulation;
- Be able to provide administrative assistance for retrieving the client document to both internal and external parties;
- Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors;
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business or Finance related discipline;
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant fund in-out experience in reputable financial institutions;
- Good computer skills (Microsoft word/ excel) and typing skills (Chinese typing is a MUST);
- Able to file information accurately in alphabetical and/ or numerical sequence;
- Detail-minded, self-directing, quick learner, highly motivated and have a “Can do” attitude;
- Patient and attentive, with strong sense of responsibility and team working spirit;
- Able to work independently and work under pressure;
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both read and written);
