Job Summary: The Business Systems Intelligence Manager collaborates with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved and efficient processes. Oversees the ongoing development of processes for automation. Takes the lead on improving and streamlining manual processes. Reviews / Writes and issues memoranda of new manual and automated processes. Completes ad hoc financial projects as requested by Management.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. (manual or/and automation)
- Establishing workflows for Office Leasing, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content; whose goal is to integrate new content/activities/initiatives within the existing and traditional frameworks.
- Scopes, coordinates, conceptualizes, and documents user and functional specifications for software and hardware requirements of Office Leasing, while serving as project lead for each, if needed. Serves as admin and maintenance for existing cross-functional systems in place.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Gathering information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports while maintaining confidentiality of information.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT: College degree preferably in Business Management, Computer Science, BS Information Technology (or related 4-year course)
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3-year experience in a role involving process improvement, process documentation and conceptualization.
- Familiarity with leasing or Mall Industry / Processes a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft power tools is a plus (Power BI, Power Query, etc.)
