Job Description
The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting and maintaining a critical digital wealth platform (iFUNDS) as it expands to several countries within Asia. We are looking for someone who is creative with good attention to detail, proactive, curious, analytical with a strong background in customer service and a good understanding of wealth and asset management systems.
As a BSA, the successful candidate will be a liaison between internal/external customers, business partners, and project teams to ensure that new enhancements are successfully transitioned to support and that production issues are resolved within SLAs. Working with a global support team, the successful candidate will troubleshoot production defects and work with project teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions and take part in ongoing process/solution improvements. This is a role based in Hong Kong
Main role responsibilities include:
· Triaging requests, analysis and defining of user requirements
· Performing technical analysis to resolve production incidents
· Coordinating work efforts among globally located members of an agile team
· Ensuring adherence to quality standards and audit compliance
· Track and produce key metrics for the team and develop strategies to increase efficiency
· Consistently apply the concept of continuous improvement
· Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure solutions are well understood and effectively transitioned to support
· Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, developers and support personnel to ensure issues are resolved within SLAs
· Coordinate incident and problem intake and product release processes
Job Requirements:
· Preferred: Degree holder in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics and/or statistics or equivalent; CSM or PSM or PMP certified
· Ability to learn quickly and independently
· Strong communication skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
· Action-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and meet assigned deadlines
· Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese;
· Minimum 2 years experience in BA/Systems Analyst role
Technical Skills:
· Web technologies: Nodejs, React, Java
· Workflow tools: JIRA, ServiceNow
· Database tools: SQL, MongoDB
