Roles and Responsibility

・旧作IP復刻展開に係る調査・研究業務市場ニーズやマーケット動向の分析、ブランド確立・コミュニティ創設に向けた検討とその実現等
・旧作IP復刻展開に係る開発・プロジェクト推進業務開発計画、コンテンツ企画立案、プロデューシング及びプロジェクトの全体統括、関連部門との連携、外注会社との契約、調整等
・各プラットホーマーとの折衝業務旧作IPを中心としたタイトルプレゼン及び交渉、案件の情報集約や進行管理等
・全IPの管理・運用業務社外へのライセンスアウトの一次窓口、収益管理業務等

You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Research and investigation related to the revival and expansion of old intellectual properties (IP):
- Analysis of market needs and market trends, consideration and realization of brand establishment and community creation.
- Development and project promotion tasks related to the revival and expansion of old intellectual properties (IP):
- Development planning, formulation of content plans, production, overall supervision of projects, collaboration with related departments, contracts with outsourcing companies, coordination, etc.
- Negotiation with various platforms:
- Presentation and negotiation of titles centered around old IP, information consolidation, and progress management of projects.
- Management and operation tasks for all our IPs:
- Primary contact for license-out to external parties, revenue management, etc.

Desired Talent:We are seeking a business producer with experience working in the gaming industry. The ideal candidate should have a high passion for the Sega brand/IP and the ability to conduct market research, analysis, and formulate strategies for expansion, growth, and market penetration into the global market. For future scalability, we require someone who can collaborate with various departments, negotiate with platforms, establish user communities, act as the primary contact for Sega IP license-out, and manage revenue operations. The focus is on growing the business through a variety of tasks, and we expect a continuous challenging attitude.
Requirements (MUST):
- Proficiency in business software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Communication, coordination, schedule management, and negotiation skills
- Experience working in a game company
- English proficiency (TOEIC score of 800 or above)

Conditions / Benefits
Employment type: Full time
Depending on your skills and experience, you may be offered a contract position.
Location: Nishi-Shinagawa, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo

Annual Salary: 5,000,000 ~ 7,000,000 JPY Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience
- Salary revision: Once a year
- Bonus: Twice a year (June, December)
