- Take ownership of sales targets and P&L, demonstrating accountability for results.
- Lead business development efforts in Indonesia, representing our client’s company in the market.
- Collaborate closely with the regional sales team and global business excellence team based in Singapore.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, with a focus on municipal projects and industries such as petrochemical refineries, metals and minerals, and pharmaceuticals.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Drive innovation and differentiation in a competitive market landscape.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; background in chemical engineering or related disciplines preferred.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within the water treatment or chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of the key industries of our client’s, such as petrochemicals, metals and minerals, and pharmaceuticals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach; comfortable working independently without direct team management.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia as needed.
- Cultural adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, transformational environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
