Job description: A System Testing Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and
performance of systems, software applications, or hardware devices. They play a critical role in
evaluating and enhancing the system’s reliability through comprehensive testing procedures.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Product Understanding: Thoroughly understand software applications.
Customization: Tailor software to meet client needs.
Technical Support: Address user queries and resolve issues.
Integration: Ensure seamless system integration and testing.
Documentation: Create user guides and technical documentation.
Training: Train clients and internal teams on software use.
Collaboration: Relay user feedback to improve products.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure software quality and reliability.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends.
Additional Responsibilities:
● Security and Quality: Ensure overall security consistency and quality of deliverables in
line with Valeo Standards. Contribute to the development of Quality Assurance
procedures.
● Compliance: Ensure compliance of new developments with Group Cybersecurity
Standards & IS Policies.
● Validation: Contribute to the definition and execution of validation plans when prompted.
● Efficiency and Quality Improvement: Make proposals to improve team efficiency and the
quality of deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
● Strong problem-solving, strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
● Proficiency in programming and scripting.
● Knowledge of database systems and software development methodologies.
● Excellent project and time management skills. Understanding of Agile methodologies.
● Customer-centric approach with a focus on user satisfaction and process improvement

● Certifications: Scrum Master
