職務內容：
- Develop and own a program aimed at creating mock-ups and prototypes for data products, ultimately accelerating insights-driven reporting innovation.
- Collaborate with the Shanghai team to jointly build and deploy data visualization reports, dashboards, and insights within a focused area of the business value stream. This will enable effective business decisions, drive performance, and contribute to the accomplishment of annual goals.
- Implement robust data visualization and dashboarding solutions that help operationalize analytical insights and drive performance.
- Manage the delivery of business intelligence projects with multiple business partners, ensuring firm deadlines are met.
- Lead the development and ongoing management of tools and processes, establishing metrics to monitor plans and effectively communicate critical reports.
- Utilize your expertise to collaborate with key partners, understand requirements for reports and interactive dashboards, drive knowledge into action, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Work independently, taking initiative to identify, explore, and solve problems.
- Document and communicate systems/analytics changes to the business, translating complex functionality into business-relevant language.

需求條件：
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in developing reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and self-service tools.
- Proficiency in Office 365, Excel (pivot tables, functions, formulas, etc.), and PowerPoint.
- Strong experience in using data visualization and dashboarding techniques to make complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable, thereby driving business decisions and outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with data extraction and analysis technologies such as Tableau, SQL, Cognos, or similar tools.
- A flexible and dynamic personality, excelling in partnerships and collaboration within a matrixed team environment.
- Expertise in sifting through data, identifying critical information, analyzing, developing hypotheses, and making recommendations.
- Strong presentation skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction, execute large projects following established guidelines/procedures, and take the initiative to explore and solve problems.
- Strong process orientation and project management skills, enabling the management of multiple project streams.
- Experience with large data sets, data models, and intermediate SQL skills.
- Retail industry experience of 2+ years is preferred.
